Floral Essence All Days are Beautiful

My card today is another simple one but one that can be adapted for almost any occasion with many different stamp sets.

All the colors (aside from Basic Black and Whisper White) are 2020-2022 in colors; Magenta Madness, Just Jade and Bumblebee.

I used the following cuts of cardstock:

  • Magenta Madness: 8½” x 5½”, scored at 4¼”

  • Basic Black: 5⅜" x 4⅛"

  • Basic Black: 4½" x 3⅛"

  • Whisper White: 5¼” x 4"

Directions:

  1. Trim your Magenta Madness cardstock to 8½” x 5½” and score at 4¼”

  2. Crease your card base fold using a bone folder

  3. Trim your Basic Black cardstock to 5⅜" x 4⅛" and a second piece to 4½" x 3⅛"

  4. Trim your Whisper White cardstock 5¼” x 4"

  5. Using your Magenta Madness ink pad, stamp three of the flower images from your stamp set on to your piece of Whisper White cardstock

  6. Using Just Jade ink pad stamp a couple of the leafy images from the stamp set around your flowers on the Whisper White cardstock

  7. Find the center stamp from the stamp set that matches the flower and stamp in Bumblebee

  8. Stamp the "all days are beautiful that begin with you" sentiment stamp from the Floral Essence stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black ink as shown in the image

  9. Using the 4⅜" x 3" stitched rectangle from the Stitched Rectangle die set, center it over your stamped Whisper White cardstock and die cut it out

  10. Apply Stampin' Seal to the back of your large Basic Black cut cardstock and adhere down to your Magenta Madness card base, centered

  11. Apply Stampin' Seal to the outer rectangle in Whisper White from die cutting the stitched rectangle and adhere, centered, over your Basic Black

  12. Add Stampin' Seal to the back of the die cut stitched rectangle and adhere down to your second piece of Basic Black cardstock

  13. Cut a 7" strip of Magenta Madness ribbon and tie around the bottom of your smaller Basic Black/Whisper White cardstock and tie in a knot in the front, centered

  14. Apply foam adhesive strips to the back of your Basic Black cardstock and adhere down to your card base - be sure that your stamped flower images are lining up!

  15. As a finishing touch, apply a few basic rhinestones using your Take Your Pick tool to accent the front of the card
