Simple Hello Card with New Forever Fern Stamp Set
The card I am featuring today is very simple. I created it using the new Forever Fern stamp set, matching Forever Flourishing dies and Tasteful Labels dies.

The colors I am using today are Misty Moonlight (new), Magenta Madness (new), and Smoky Slate.

I used the following cuts of cardstock:
Smoky Slate (card base): 8½" x 5½", scored at 4¼"
Magenta Madness (frame): 3" x 4¼"
Whisper White (behind frame): 2½" x 3¾"
I also used the following stamps and die cuts from the matching sets:
Stamps:
Leafy stamp
Hello
Dies:
Stitched rectangle 2⅝" x 4" from Stitched Rectangle die set
Mini banner die 2¼" x ½" from Tasteful Labels die set
3⅝" x 1⅞" label die from Tasteful Labels die set
3⅜" x 2⅜" label die from Tasteful Labels die set
Leafy die cut to match stamped image
Directions:
Using your paper trimmer, cut your card base using Smoky Slate cardstock at 8½" x 5½" and scored at 4¼"
Cut your Magenta Madness frame piece at 3" x 4¼"
Cut your Whisper White (behind frame) at 2½" x 3¾"
Die cut your 2⅝" x 4" stitched rectangle die in the center of your Magenta Madness cardstock to create the beginning of your frame
Using the large 3⅜" x 2⅜" label die from the Tasteful Labels die set, center it on your stitched rectangle Magenta Madness frame and run it through your Big Shot (or equivalent)
Die cut your 3⅝" x 1⅞" label die using a scrap piece of Misty Moonlight cardstock
Die cut your mini banner die 2¼" x ½" from the Tasteful Labels die set using a scrap piece of Misty Moonlight
Stamp the HELLO sentiment from the Forever Fern stamp set onto Whisper White cardstock using Smoky Slate ink, then cut it out
Using Versamark ink, stamp the leafy image onto Misty Moonlight card stock and cover the inked image with white embossing powder
Heat set the embossed image
Using the matching die from the Forever Flourishing die set and cut it out using your Big Shot (or equivalent)
Adhere the Misty Moonlight label (3⅝" x 1⅞") to the Smoky Slate card base approximately ⅜" from the top and centered horizontally
Line the back of your Magenta Madness frame with foam adhesive strips and attach the Whisper White frame back
Using snail adhesive, attach the frame to the card base, centered horizontally and approximately ¾" from the top of the card base
Add some mini Stampin' dimensionals to the back of the leafy die cut image and frame it with the stem tucked below the bottom of the frame
Use snail adhesive to adhere the Whisper White HELLO stamped sentiment to the mini banner die cut in Misty Moonlight
Stack 2 mini dimensionals on top of each other and place on the backside of the mini banner die on the right side
Add a little snail adhesive to the left side of the mini banner sentiment strip and attach to the bottom right hand side of the Magenta Madness frame
For a finishing touch, use some basic pearls as accents - I placed one on either side of my 3⅝" x 1⅞" label die and one on either side of my sentiment
