Sneak Peek! Autumn Greetings Stamp Set - Mini Catalog

It's my favorite time of year and it's coming early! In just another week, the new August - December Mini Catalog is being released and it has some returning favorites as well as fabulous new products! My card today is simple and uses one of the new stamp sets called Autumn Greetings. I am IN LOVE with the large floral from this set!

My Stampin' Up! Color Fusion for today is monochromatic with Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather.

I used the following cuts of cardstock:

• Highland Heather: 11" x 4¼", scored at 5½"

• Whisper White: 4¼" x ⅞"

I also used the following stamps:

• Autumn Greetings: Large floral image

• Autumn Greetings: Autumn Greetings sentiment

Directions:

1. Trim your Highland Heather cardstock to 11" x 4¼" and score at 5½"

2. Use your bone folder to get a nice crisp fold in your card base so it sits flat

3. Trim a piece of Whisper White cardstock to 4¼" x ⅞" (check your scraps!)

4. Cover the large floral stamp from the Autumn Greeting stamp set in Gorgeous Grape ink and stamp at an angle roughly in the middle of the card (see image for further details)

5. Stamp up the "Autumn greetings" sentiment stamp from the Autumn Greetings stamp set in Gorgeous Grape ink and stamp in the center of your cut piece of Whisper White cardstock

6. Use your white chalk marker to color in the florals on the stamped image

7. Use your Dark Highland Heather Stampin' Blends marker to place dots all around your stamped colored image and then use your white chalk marker to do the same

8. Cut a strip of white seam binding to approximately 12" long and color it using the dark Highland Heather Stampin' Blends marker

9. Once dry tie it in a double bow

10. Apply a glue dot on the knot and adhere to the bottom of your colored floral image (see image for further details)

11. Apply Stampin' Seal to the back of your Whisper White sentiment strip and adhere down on the bottom of your card
