Easy right? When you reach 10 points for qualifying purchases*, send me an email with your completed form.

Orders of $50* up to $150* MUST include my host code in their order for their points to qualify.  Orders of $150 or more should NOT include the host code.​

Once I verify your orders, I will send you one of the following:

* Product totals exclude shipping and handling, sales tax and any payments you made toward Hostess Rewards (supplements to Hostess Dollars and 50% off items).
